Arania at Blechexpo 2021, the sector’s largest fair in Europe
Arania is getting ready for Blechexpo, Europe’s largest fair for sheet metal working, which will be held in Stuttgart (Germany) between 26 and 29 October. It is an unmissable event for the sector and is held simultaneously with the prestigious Schweisstec, the international trade fair for joining technologies. This is thus the only event in the world that deals with these two complementary technologies of sheet metal working and joining technologies. Digitalisation, sustainability and efficiency will be centre stage.
As one of the leading European manufacturers of cold rolled steel, Arania is eagerly preparing its presence at this year’s Blechexpo, the international fair for sheet metal working. Blechexpo will be held in Stuttgart from 26 to 29 October 2021 in its traditional duo format, along with the Schweisstec trade fair.
There will be 120,000 m2 of exhibition space for 1,500 international companies to showcase their cutting-edge technologies for steel metal working and metal processing, including joining technologies. Arania will meet with Europe’s industrial stakeholders in the sector’s most important fair to ensure it stays ahead and to get inspiration from cutting-edge and efficient process technologies in sheet metal working and joining technologies. Digitalisation, sustainability and efficiency of the processes in an ever-changing production environment will be the centrepieces of the event, that is marking the future of the sheet metal working industry.
Blechexpo main areas include system and stand-alone solutions for manufacturing sheet metal items, profiles and pipes, along with the associated mechanical and thermal treatments, cutting technologies, processing machines, presses, embossing, folding and forming…, but also peripheral equipment, including control systems and software, along with handling and quality control solutions. The Arania team will step up its efforts to keep up with all the sector’s latest developments, showcased under one roof.
The Blechexpo and Schweisstec trade duo is the only event in the world that features the complementary sectors of sheet metal working and joining technologies. Blechexpo has quickly become the landmark event in Europe and is now the second most important fair worldwide for the sheet metal working sector. The Schweisstec international trade fair specialising in joining technologies is thus its ideal complement. The combination of both events covers the whole process chain from sheet metal cold forming to thermal technologies for cutting, joining and welding.
As an established and consolidated platform in the world of stand-alone solutions and systems for whole process chains, Blechexpo also offers an excellent opportunity to establish partnerships, as networking occupies a prominent place on the agenda of innovative companies, both in terms of process engineering and digital technology.

Blechexpo is held every two years.
